Canna Crawl ("we") sells tickets to its events on this page. The page runs on TrafficPOS, which processes your information on our behalf.

What we collect: your name, email address and phone number; the names, emails and phones of any guests you add; your order and tickets; whether you've been checked in; your IP address and browser details, used to prevent fraud; whether you asked us for news by email or text; and how this page is used (visits and the link you came from).

Your card: card details go into our payment processor's secure form. We never see or keep your full card number — only the card type and its last four digits.

Why we use it: to sell and deliver your tickets, check you in at the door, send you messages about your order (confirmations, reminders, the venue reveal, and any change to the date or place), handle refunds, and prevent fraud. If you asked for them, we also send news and offers by email or text.

Who we share it with: our payment processor, to take your payment; TrafficPOS, which runs our ticketing and stores the information for us; the service that delivers our emails; and, if we use them, analytics tools such as Google Analytics. We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it: as long as we need it for the reasons above, and as long as the law requires for our tax and accounting records.

Your choices: you can stop news and offers at any time — use the unsubscribe link in our emails, or reply STOP to a text. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask how it's handled, by contacting us.
